We would like to introduce a case of a "lens tube" for a camera mounted on an artificial satellite that was processed at our company. The material is 64 titanium, which is very strong and commonly used in aerospace applications. This material tends to warp during processing, so high-level machining technology is required to achieve high precision. The internal structure of the cylinder has all precision measurements, such as diameter, roundness, concentricity, and cylindricity, within 5μ, which was very challenging, but we were able to accomplish it.
